Great shift knob. A little heavier than the stock knob on my 2008 Miata.
The extra weight makes for fingertip shifts at a leisurely pace. Feels good in the hand and quicker shifts are also a bit smoother than stock.

The title says it all. Two 17mm open end wrenches are all you need, then just adjust the jam nut and adapter until the shift pattern is lined up correctly. Did it in my driveway in well under 5 minutes.
