Billetworkz Limited Lifetime Warranty

1. Who’s Covered

Billetworkz (“we”, “us”) warrants to the original purchaser of our products that they are free from defects in material and workmanship for a Lifetime from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.

2. What Is Covered

  • Functional defects caused by issues in material or workmanship
  • Failures under normal, intended use and proper installation

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Cosmetic wear, including chipping, fading, scratches, or engraving wear due to personal use, such as wearing rings, holding vaping devices or other hard objects while shifting
  • Improper installation and misuse
  • Damage caused by external chemicals, extreme environments, solvents, or vehicle misuse

4. Damaged on Arrival Claims

Products found to be defective or damaged upon delivery must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Include proof of purchase and clear photos.

5. Claim Submission

To submit a warranty claim, please email info@billetworkz.com and include the following:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear images of the issue
  • A brief explanation of use and installation context

6. Evaluation & Resolution

All claims are handled in-house. Upon evaluation, Billetworkz will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the item with the same or an equivalent product
  • Issue store credit or refund the original purchase price

All resolutions are subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic (U.S.) and international customers are responsible for shipping the product to Billetworkz. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
  • Verified manufacturing defects or DOA products within 30 days are fully covered with no fees

8. Limitations

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages
  • Resolution is limited to the value of the original product purchase. Billetworkz, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components manufactured by Billetworkz, or sold under the Billetworkz brand, and purchased directly from Billetworkz or from an Authorized Billetworkz dealer.
  • This return shipping policy is applicable only when the product is used under normal conditions, as intended by design, and not subject to abuse, modification, or improper installation. Billetworkz shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential costs or damages associated with return shipping or handling.

9. Products Purchased Through Authorized Dealers

Products purchased through an authorized Billetworkz dealer or reseller are still covered under this Limited Warranty. However, all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for these purchases must be initiated directly through the original place of purchase whenever possible. This ensures proper recordkeeping and accountability for both the dealer and the customer.

If a dealer is unable or unwilling to process a valid warranty claim, the original retail purchaser may contact Billetworkz directly at support@billetworkz.com with proof of purchase and supporting documentation. In such cases, Billetworkz reserves the right to verify purchase details and may require the customer to coordinate return shipping directly.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, private individuals, or third-party marketplaces (such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or non-authorized Amazon listings) are not eligible for warranty coverage.

10. Customer First Commitment

Although we officially offer a Lifetime warranty, we strive to treat our customers with fairness and integrity. We may honor claims beyond this period on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to do right by our customers while protecting the integrity of our brand.
