📦 Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, but processing times can vary depending on inventory, color, and customization:

  • Shift knobs are made to order and may take a bit longer depending on the finish and engraving.
  • Window vents typically ship within 1 week.
  • Custom items vary based on the options selected during checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. with your order number.

  • Custom items (including engraved or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled unless there’s an error on our end.
  • Standard items may be canceled, but a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing.

Note: We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests at our discretion.

Can I add something to my order after placing it?

Sometimes! If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to combine or update it. Just reach our using our contact form with your order number and details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment types:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We also offer financing through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments.

Note: Express checkout options may vary based on your location.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an automated email with tracking info once your shipping label is created. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.

How long does shipping take?

We ship using USPS or UPS (domestic) and your selected method for international orders.

  • U.S. Shipping: Delivery speed depends on your shipping selection. When applicable, Free/standard shipping uses the most cost-effective option.
  • International Shipping: Timelines vary by destination and method. Duties and taxes are included at checkout.

Shipping times do not include order processing time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and chosen service.

🚫 We do not offer shipping insurance on international orders and are not responsible for lost or damaged international packages.

How does Shipping Protection work?

Shipping Protection is a Billetworkz-provided service for domestic orders (not third-party insurance):

Lost Packages: We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. If denied, we’ll send a replacement.

Damaged Items: We’ll help you replace the item or specific parts.

🔒 Please note:

  • Shipping Protection does not cover packages marked “delivered.”
  • International orders are not eligible for this coverage.

What materials do you use?

We use premium materials for durability, comfort, and performance:

  • Stainless Steel – Strong, durable, used in knob cores
  • Delrin – Smooth, temperature-resistant polymer
  • Alcantara & Leather – Soft, ergonomic wraps
  • Titanium – Lightweight, performance-driven
  • 6061 Aluminum – CNC-machined for precision
  • Powder Coating – Durable, long-lasting color
  • Laser Engraving – Clean, permanent markings

What vehicles are your products compatible with?

We support a wide range of vehicles with fitments for:

  • Subaru: WRX, STI, BRZ, Crosstrek, Forester, and more
  • Ford: Mustang, Focus, Fiesta
  • Plus select models from Toyota, Honda, Acura, Audi, BMW, Chevy, Infiniti, Jeep, Lexus, Mazda, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and VW

What if my vehicle isn’t listed on a shift knob?

If your shift knob screws on/off, we can likely make it work! We just need your shifters' thread pitch to match it with the correct insert. Contact Us so we can review the request!

What if I want a weighted knob color not listed?

We can do almost any color from the Prismatic Powders website.

Custom colors may delay production and could have an extra cost.

  • Our powder-coater prioritizes popular colors and works in batches.

Can I order a knob with a color-filled engraving?

At this time, we do not offer colored engravings.

  • Engravings on weighted knobs are silver.
  • Engravings on multi-color anodized knobs are white.

Can I order a knob with a custom logo or design?

Yes, but space is limited to about 1 square inch.

We require a simple black-and-white line drawing (no gradients or fine detail) to ensure quality engraving.

Can I order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders to avoid errors.

Please contact us with any questions—written communication helps ensure accountability on both sides.

🛠 Installation Help

Do your products come with install guides?

Yes! Most products include a printed guide, and you can also find step-by-step instructions and videos on our Install Guides page.

Can I install parts myself?

Many of our parts are DIY-friendly, but some may require tools or mechanical experience. If you’re unsure, consult a professional.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

  • Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
  • Standard items (non-customized) may be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies. Shipping is non-refundable.

🛑 We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these criteria.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes—non-customized items can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. You’re responsible for return shipping.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for confirmation before shipping your item.
  3. Repackage the product carefully.
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your return or exchange.

🚫 Returns sent without approval may be denied or returned to sender.

Do you offer sponsorships?

We’re not currently offering sponsorships, but we do keep an eye out for serious enthusiasts.

Please don’t ask for free products—a partnership takes more than a large follower count. We look for long-term value and shared passion.
