• Shift knobs are made to order and may take a bit longer depending on the finish and engraving.
• Window vents typically ship within 1 week.
• Custom items vary based on the options selected during checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. with your order number.

• Custom items (including engraved or made-to-order products) cannot be canceled unless there’s an error on our end.
• Standard items may be canceled, but a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover processing.

Note: We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests at our discretion.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and chosen service.

For International Orders:

• Duties and taxes are included when you place an order directly through our website. If we create a custom order for you, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
• International orders are shipped USPS, DHL Express, or UPS depending on option selected
• We do not offer shipping insurance on international packages and are not responsible for lost or damaged items. No replacements will be issued in these cases.

Shipping Protection is a paid Billetworkz-provided service you can add when checking out for domestic orders (this is not third-party insurance):

✅ Lost Packages: We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. If denied, we’ll send a replacement.

✅ Damaged Items: We’ll help you replace the item or specific parts.

• Shipping Protection does not cover packages marked “delivered.”

If your shift knob screws on/off, we can likely make it work! We just need your shifters' thread pitch to match it with the correct insert. Contact Us so we can review the request!

We can do almost any color from the Prismatic Powders website.

Custom colors may delay production and could have an extra cost.

• Our powder-coater prioritizes popular colors and works in batches.

At this time, we do not offer colored engravings.

• Engravings on weighted knobs are silver.
• Engravings on multi-color anodized knobs are white.

Yes, but space is limited to about 1 square inch.

We require a simple black-and-white line drawing (no gradients or fine detail) to ensure quality engraving.

We do not accept phone orders to avoid errors.

Please contact us with any questions—written communication helps ensure accountability on both sides.

Yes! Most products include a printed guide, and you can also find step-by-step instructions and videos on our Install Guides page.

Many of our parts are DIY-friendly, but some may require tools or mechanical experience. If you’re unsure, consult a professional.

• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
• Standard items (non-customized) may be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies. Shipping is non-refundable.

🚫 Returns sent without approval may be denied or returned to sender.

Yes! Most Billetworkz products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. This covers functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. It does not cover cosmetic wear, improper installation, or misuse.
