Shipping policy
Most of our products—including shift knobs and other accessories—are made to order and may require processing time before shipment. While many orders ship within a few business days, some items may take up to a few weeks depending on the color, material, and level of customization.
For Domestic Orders (U.S.):
- Standard U.S. Shipping: We use the most economical shipping method available. Please note that this option does not include insurance for lost or damaged packages.
- When you select Insured Priority Shipping: It ships via USPS Priority Mail and includes insurance coverage for lost or damaged items.
For International Orders:
- Duties and taxes are included when you place an order directly through our website. If we create a custom order for you, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
- International orders are shipped USPS, DHL Express, or UPS depending on option selected
- We do not offer shipping insurance on international packages and are not responsible for lost or damaged items. No replacements will be issued in these cases.
Order Tracking:
- Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. This email will be sent to the address used during checkout, so please check that inbox.
