I couldn’t be happier with the Billetworkz Candy Red Miata Japanese – Weighted – 6 Speed Mazda shift knob. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear how much pride and care went into this product.

As someone who deeply appreciates craftsmanship and design, this piece really stood out. Installation took a little patience until I figured it out. The packaging was stylish and well thought out, securely protecting the knob during shipping. Speaking of shipping, this arrived in under 48 hours, and the shipping cost was very reasonable.

This shift knob looks amazing in my "Soul Red Crystal Metallic" MX-5. I have no complaints. The knob is exactly what I expected it to be and the finish and etching are 100% top shelf. I initially didn't order the shift boot retainer but it turns out it is necessary as the Mazda knob and "retainer" come off as a unit. My only other suggestion is that it would be great if this knob was machined to fit on the MX-5s OEM shift lever. The adapter is not difficult to use but makes changing out knobs for different outings a bit more work than it would be if this fit the car without an adapter.

This thing had the design i wanted, it had multiple shapes (the light bulb is the best) and it is weighted and i mean weighted. This thing gets a 5/5 for me and i highly recommend it and its worth your money.

Thing is very nice. Ordered wrong gearbox by mistake and emailed customer support same day. "No problem, we can fix that, is reverse on the left or right?"
Rep took my notes and warned me that the change "will delay processing and shipment times."
That sucker was in the mail 4 hours later and in my mailbox 48 after that. I was concerned that the change hadn't been made and I'd have to send it back... WRONG! Sucker was perfect. A++ product, A++ service, A++ fulfillment. Would recommend to a friend.

Quality is great and a good weight to it, the only part I was a little unhappy with was the time it took before it actually shipped.

I think I had it installed in less than 3 minutes. Immediately felt more substantial with the momentum behind the weight of the shift or knob. Seems expensive at first until you feel it in your hand and realize that that thing is turned out of a solid block of steel. Substantial and well machined!

This is the most I’ve spend on a shift knob and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the product.

For starters, the sphere knob weighs slightly more than the OEM ND shift knob which is a bonus for me. It feels extremely confident to throw it around. Second is the material quality which is CRISP. I feel like I could chuck this thing at the ground and it’ll dent the ground and not scratch the surface. 10/10 worth the price.
