Great product. This is the second car I have had billetworkz products in and they are simply the best. Price feels a little high but the quality is unquestionable. I had an issue with this order where they forgot to put the installation hardware in the box. I emailed them and they responded instantly. New hardware was on its way the next day. I love the set up I ordered (pictures included) it really brought my interior to life. This company is great.

Fitment is oem everything is easy to do if you are doubting the ability to do it. There walk-through videos show you everything you need to know. Looks great with the billetworkz tall tear drop shift know as well. If using the tall teardrop you will need the shorter adapter or cut down the one from the knob

I purchased the blue galaxy shift knob and reverse lock out for my 2014 ST and I am absolutely in love with it. The shift knob and lock out meet perfectly and look like a one piece unit. I didn't read the description correctly and thought I had to purchase both the reverse lockout and adapter and when I notified customer support about my mistake they quickly removed the adapter off my order and refunded my money. 5 star build quality and look of shift knob and adapter and 5 star customer service!

So I got this for my '16 Focus ST and it works so great!! 😄 Just one slight issue. Lol I hope someone gets back to me, and again, NO issue with the Shift knob! Just....I was in a total wreck and the car is basically gone now. 😬😅 I already threw away the adapter part, but I still have the know and reverse pull up. So can I maybe return them? 😅 Only like, 250 miles driven with them! Otherwise still perfect! I still got my Billetworkz for my '20 VW GLI though too. 😎

I ordered a shift knob with a reverse lockout for my Focus ST. My shift knob arrives but not my reverse lockout. I was able to find Billetworkz customer service and send them my order number and a picture of my shift knob without no lockout. The next day I get a reply say they will send me my missing lockout. I got my lockout a few days later. Now I love my new shift knob, reverse lockout assembly. Thank you for everything.

Super easy site to order from, of course I put in the wWrong shipping address! I emailed and a correction was done right away and my shift knob arrived. Looks great on my focus! Weight is perfect

Happy I've made the decision to replace this part of my ST with this billetworkz product. I'm impressed with the quality, thought it was gonna be and feel simpler but turned out really well and aesthetically pleasing to feel and see.

I was having issues with my old reverse lock out and the billetworkz shift knob. But once I upgraded the reverse lock out, it now feels like a normal shifter again.

Reverse lockout adapter works great. Shift knob looks great, gives the car a whole new feel. Overall great quality product

It works as intended and I haven’t had much problems with it beside sometime at first it would twist sideways and I wouldn’t be able to pull up on the lockout until I twisted it back but I haven’t had that issue for the past couple weeks and one time it would shake for a short time when getting some load but I haven’t had that issue as well for a minute over all really nice product and I would definitely recommend 100%

My order was confirmed on 12/22….and I was wrapping it on 12/24. It looks amazing installed and it all happened thanks to the staff at Billetworkz!

It looks great it just rubs and grinds when you use it tho

Colors are super vibrant, clean engravings, and much better hand feel than the stock shift knob. Only downside is it gets very hot sitting in the sun, but this is no surprise with it being solid aluminum.

I had been looking for a new shift knob for a while during my search I looked for the higher priced and lower priced options not wanting to spend a lot of money I purchased a $60 shift nob that was similar to the Billetworkz.. I found that it was made very cheap, and I was not at all happy with it. I decided to spend the money for the RS Logo Sphere and blue reverse lockout. The color combination is great, and the build quality was exceptional. Highly recommended for those who expect a superior product.

I came across Billetworkz when searching for an aftermarket lockout for my Focus RS. This is such a quality piece, and allowed me to fit my Chasing JS empire shift knob without issue. Fit and finish is top notch - Would highly recommend!
