Upgrade your Subaru’s interior and shifting precision with the Billetworkz CVT Shift Knob Adapter—engineered to integrate seamlessly with most factory automatic CVT shifter assemblies.

This precision-machined adapter replaces the factory shift knob button with our custom spring-loaded pull-up lockout system. Unlike competitor designs that require lifting or pressing on the entire knob—causing instability and unwanted movement—our fixed-position setup keeps your knob secure, eliminates rattles, and delivers a clean, confident shifting feel.

To engage reverse or drive, simply lift the lockout collar. The spring-loaded mechanism automatically resets into position, preventing accidental shifts and maintaining a sleek, factory-plus appearance.

Fitment Note:

Before adding to cart, please select whether your vehicle has a factory shift boot.

  • Vehicles with a shift boot will have a leather or synthetic sleeve surrounding the shift lever.
  • Vehicles without a boot will have the shift lever fully exposed.

The adapter design varies slightly between the two for optimal fit and finish.

Compatible with Subaru CVT-equipped automatic models using factory push-button shifter assemblies.

Much more positive than factory shift knob...

Nebula w/ Black Splash lightbulb - Subaru Auto CVT adapter... The system is far more substantial than the factory shift selector. Although you're only going from park to drive to reverse and back to park, the overall feel of the selector is far superior to the factory solution. It looks great as well.. Very pleased with the finished product...

I absolutely adore this shift knob! It has a more race-like appearance compared to the stock one. The installation process was incredibly straightforward.
