The Short Teardrop shape provides an OEM‑style fit with the factory reverse lockout. All other shapes (Sphere, Lightbulb, Tall Teardrop, Piston, and Sledge) we highly recommend a Billetworkz Reverse Lockout or Reverse Lockout Adapter to eliminate the gap caused by the factory lockout.

Good, but HOT!

Great shift knob good quality with decent weight. Just be prepared to have it covered on hot days it gets extremely hot but understandable it’s metal.

A Must for Every Mustang Owner

This is my second shift knob from billetworkz. I also ordered a matte black reverse lockout. Installing the reverse lockout made it possible for me to use the sphere shaped knob I ordered and any other shapes in the feature. These knobs feel so much better than stock and makes your shifts feel so intentional. Will be definitely ordering the piston shape in the near future.

The look and fell and over all build looks amazing. I gave it to my performance shop to install on my shot throw. Haven’t gotten the car back yet to try it out.
