I don't know if maybe I'm crazy or weak, but this is the point that the knob wants to tighten at. I don't think it's supposed to go any further, since it's probably at the end of the threads either on the shifter or the thread insert. is there anyway to adjust this?

I ordered a shift nob and a shift boot. Both turned out quite amazing I thought the shift boot would be a little nicer but still really good. My only complaint is that the shipping took like two months not sure it was cause due to covid but yeah. Other than that amazing quality. 9.5/10

The finish was flawless. The installation was simple and easy. The finished product was better than I expected based on the photos. My one complaint is how hot it gets if you’re in a warmer climate with the sun beating on the car, but I dealt with that already so well worth the trade off of this beautiful replacement. 10/10 would buy again.
