An internal O-ring minimizes vibration and rattling, giving you a smoother, more solid actuation compared to the factory unit. So the lockout from you is different than the one I took out. The other one is taller (see picture)

ergonomics aren't that great

The material has a nice feel overall and looks nicer than stock, but the ergonomics aren't as nice as the stock reverse lockout

I bought the reverse lockout in cosmic purple to match my gear knob and the order was quickly delivered from the USA to New Zealand and after purchasing a pin punch to remove the old one it was soon on and looks awesome and feels quality.
