Shipping Protection is a service provided by Billetworkz (not a third party insurance) that protects you against damaged or lost packages. In the event you don't receive a package, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier denies a claim, we will provide a replacement package on our behalf. If an item is damaged, we will review and present options to you towards a replacement part or a complete replacement item. NOTE: The Shipping Protection does not cover missing packages if the tracking shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.
