Confirmed Fitment: 2016-21 (10th Gen) and 2022+ (11th Gen) Honda Civic Auto (CVT)
Our Honda CVT Adaptor allows fitment for Billetworkz Shift Knobs.
We designed a lockout system to replace the integrated factory shift knob button. This lockout system is superior by keeping the shift knob in a fixed position, rather than having to push down on the shift knob to shift into gear like competitors (a safety concern and undesirable movement when manually shifting). Having the shift knob in a fixed position also eliminates annoying rattle.
To engage reverse and drive, simply push down on the lockout to shift to the desired gear. The spring loaded mechanism will return to position to eliminate accidental movement.
Our CVT Adaptors utilize a 12x1.25mm shift knob thread. Shift Knobs from competitors may fit, but not guaranteed (depends on the opening in the bottom of the shift knob).
CVT Adaptor is machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized for a durable and vibrant finish.

Makes shifting crisp and premium with the Billetworkz knob compared to OEM knob. Materials look and feel extra special. I daily my car in DC traffic so having one of the best manual transmissions in the business with the Billetworkz knob is 100% chef's kiss. Only difficulty was the installation - but that is more to do with Acura's method of removing the knob. The Honda Civic Type-R video on this website works the same for your Integra so watch that with confidence. The Billetworkz knob comes nicely packaged with everything you need to install, but it definitely helps to have a soft plastic prybar for removing trim neatly instead of pulling with both hands. Make sure you have extra zip ties handy for snugging up your boot if you don't like the one provided or need something larger.

I got the light bulb shift knob for my 2023 WRX. The added weight is good and so is the feel in the hand overall a great product.
The weighted shifter made an enormous difference in my type R and I will highly recommend to anyone wanting smoother shifts.
Love how the tear drop shift knob feels and shifts. White looks so clean and pops. Getting it all lined up can be a little irritating but it’s totally worth it!
