This position is for the ultimate team player. Billetworkz is growing fast and we are looking for just the right enthusiastic and fulfillment specialist to work with our fulfillment team at our HQ in Holtwood, PA. An eye for detail is a must as you'll ensure that product is properly labeled and processed.
What You’ll Do - You’ll drive the success of the team and yourself:
  • Accurately count incoming product orders and make sure it matches associated purchase order
  • Work with Fulfillment Manager to asisst in Billetworkz’s inbound and outbound fulfillment operation
  • Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Complete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on-time performance, and productivity
  • Fulfill orders by laser engraving products, assembling products, packaging orders, and printing shipping labels
  • Exhibit professional and courteous demeanor, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Billetworkz product line
  • Prepping & torching Titanium products
Your Creds – You’ll be a team player and help the Shipping/Warehouse team succeed by:
  • High School Diploma
  • Being an all-around good guy or gal and giving the team additional support as needed
  • Driving continuous efficiency and quality improvements for world-class customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Ability to analyze and continuously improve current conditions like a champ, and you communicate clearly through email communications

This is a mentorship position and is great for anyone considering a Product, Logistics, or Assembly Process Manager career path.

This position is for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Media Specialist who will be an integral part of our team. Billetworkz is expanding, and we're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our headquarters in Holtwood, PA. As a Marketing Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our product information and content are accurate and engaging.
What You'll Do:
  • Create Product Detail photography and video for all Billetworkz platforms based on established standards and shooting techniques

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms

  • Candidate must have solid product photography experience, working knowledge of studio lighting, post-processing proficiency, and a strong understanding of Adobe Suite including Lightroom and Photoshop

  • Candidate must have solid product videography experience, working knowledge of studio lighting, post-processing proficiency, and a strong understanding of Adobe Suite including Premier Pro / Final Cut

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and descriptions

  • Collaborate with product experts to gather information for content creation

  • Manage and organize digital assets, including images and videos

  • Exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality

Your Credentials:
  • Associate Degree and/or greater in Marketing or related field (Required)

  • Experience with scheduling social media calendars (Preferred)
