All 6-Speed STI Shift Knobs are designed to replace the oem shift knob and to have full reverse lockout functionality.
Heavy-weight shift knobs allow for smooth and effortless shifting. Each knob is CNC machined, properly cleaned, and powdercoated.
Shift patterns and logos are permanently marked using a laser engraver.

I'm writing after installing five products from Billetworkz as shown in the picture. Climate control dials, S-Drive dial, e-Brake handle, e-Brake button - and my absolute favorite, the shift knob.
All of these have met or exceeded my expectations, and I'm not exaggerating when I say the feel of the shift knob especially has made my driving experience much more fun. It has a wondrous heft to it that feels very appropriate with my Kartboy short shifter and front bushings. I absolutely recommend them.
Fits perfectly on my car, easy to line up and the quality is excellent. Wasn't exactly sure what I was getting into with the weighted shift knob. I would like to see one that isn't waited. I like the feel of a lighter knob. But it's perfect. And it looks great!
